The completely supported shop occupies 2 - ½ paved acres with two 10-ton bridge cranes, lathes, mills and boring machines.  L.A. City Certified Welders are also ASME Pressure Pipe Certified.  Welders and Master Machinists perform the work under the stringent direction of  Dawn Lowers-Condit who oversees production to ensure that the strictest of tolerances are met and that the final product can bear the Lowers name.  

Welders and machinists will travel to the job sites utilizing a mobile fleet to handle machining and fabricating services on-site, including align-boring and shaft turning.
